Profil


Kristoffer Henriksen (1974) Professor, cand. psych. Ph.d. Forsker og sportspsykolog

 

Jeg er professor på Institut for Idræt og Biomekanik, Syddansk Universitet, hvor jeg forsker på internationalt niveau. Mine forskningsinteresser handler primært om succesfulde talentudviklingsmiljøer i forskellige lande, stress og genopladning i sport og rollen som sportspsykologiske konsulent.

 

Jeg er ansat i Team Danmark som en del af det sportspsykologiske team. Her arbejder jeg med mental udvikling af atleter, teams og trænere på landsholdsniveau.

 

Jeg har siden 2000 fungeret som sportspsykologisk konsulent for udøvere og teams. Både på absolut eliteniveau og i talentudvikling. Jeg laver desuden træneruddannelser i DIF og Team Danmark. Jeg var formand for Dansk Idrætspsykologisk Forum i perioden 2004-2010

 

Som sportspsykolog har jeg støttet atleter under adskillige mesterskaber og under OL i London, Rio og Tokyo. Billedet herunder er fra Rio.
